IP City Hotel Osaka - Imperial Palace Group

This is a hotel with a sense of history. The price is reasonable, but there are many areas to improve. The location is average, about 5 minutes from the hotel to Shinsaibashi, and it takes about 12 minutes to get there. The hotel lobby is very good and gorgeous. But there are few places for waiting guests to sit down. And the reception desk is not clearly marked, you have to go up and ask to find out. The service attitude of the hotel staff in the lobby is good. In terms of the room, it is worth praising that there is a large space to store items, and there is no problem opening large luggage. But there is a big problem with the air conditioning in the room. The air conditioning in the room is not as adjustable as others say. It can adjust the high and low wind size, but the air conditioning outlet is located in the corridor of the room, which is far away from the bed. The air conditioning is turned on to the maximum to feel cool on the bed. The room is also very dusty, and it feels that the protection is just a hasty cleaning.  The hotel has no other facilities, only a restaurant. In summary, if you want to travel on a budget, you can stay, but if you want to live more comfortably, you can stay in other better hotels.

設施很老 房間很小 但是就在心齋橋 很方便

I was worried that it was cheap because there were a lot of bad reviews, but it was totally fine! The building itself is old, but it's perfectly fine if you just want to sleep. The location is good, there are lots of restaurants nearby that are open until late, and I was grateful to be able to walk back to the hotel.

禁煙ルームが空いてなくて喫煙ルームに泊まりましたが、匂いなどは全く気になりませんでした。 部屋にはお水が2本入っていました。 荷物も預かってもらえたので、とても助かりました！ 心斎橋駅からは少し歩きますが、許容範囲でした！ 近くにコンビニもあったし、良かったです。 あ！私の部屋だけかもですが、Wi-Fi環境は少しイマイチでした！

スタッフの方がとても親切に対応してくれました。 部屋のエアコンの効きがあまり良くなかったと思いますので夏までに点検などしておくと良いかと思いました。

全五分！ 房間很大，設施齊全，裝修也不錯，跟國內的老四星三星酒店很像！ 唯一缺點，WiFi不穩定
