Excellent Stay – Impeccably Clean, Well-Equipped, and Exceptional Service
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The cleanliness was outstanding, every corner of the room and common areas was spotless and well-maintained.
One of the highlights was the breakfast. There was a wide selection of both local and international dishes, all fresh and delicious. The buffet was well-stocked, and the dining area was clean and inviting.
The amenities were top-notch. Everything was thoughtfully provided for a convenient and enjoyable visit. I especially appreciated the little touches like complimentary drinks and the great smelling toiletries.
The service was equally commendable. Staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled quickly and efficiently.

The location besides the water park is fabulous with young kids like myself. The staff are friendly and offer cakes for celebration nice gesture. Buggy btw westin and hard rock is a plus point. But the rooms with wood furnishings seems dark and signs of aging althought clean but their lift and rooms have a kind of smell ...maybe wood smell. 2d1n still seems alright bathroom size is tiny

Great location to visit Desaru Adventure Water Park. Clean rooms though a bit dated. Average breakfast included. Lunch is expensive with very mediocre local fare at Sessions.
